Barb's Favorite Hot Fudge Sauce

A really dark, not too sweet fudge sauce. Because it does not require any cream we usually have everything on hand if we want to make it. Terrific with ice cream and strawberries. I divide this in half and freeze half for another time. Freezes really well, just reheat in the microwave when needed.
