Oh so good and oh so filling!!! Great comfort food in the cold months. I have found that not only are some of the Idahoan Instant Mashed Potatoes gluten free but are wonderful to use to thicken soups. Be sure you check the package as it is clearly marked "Gluten Free" on the back if it is gluten free.Submitted by MERCEDES3414
