Zesty Turkey & Tomato Reduced Sodium Soup

This soup has a bit of a Mexican flair. You can use ground chicken or lean beef if you prefer. You can change the vegetables or varieties of beans as well. I usually buy pre-cut onions and garlic so your prep time may be longer than mine.
