I make these in batches and freeze them for a quick snack, appetizer meal or side dish later. I can tell you they don't last long in my freezer. Feel free to use pre-shredded broccoli slaw or coleslaw to save some prep time. The produce section of my local Publix has a variety of ready to go chopped onions, celery and shredded carrots too.
