Slow Cooker Fish Chowder

add 4 cups of water, large pinch of pepper and large pinch of salt and diced large potato to slow cooker, turn on low.

in skillet with one pat of butter, saute chopped celery and onion with large pinch of garlic powder until cooked through (roughly 5-7min) add to slow cooker.

in same skillet, cook bacon until crisp and chop up and throw in slow cooker.

Cook on low for approx 4 hours. At hour four, add 12 oz (or more) of fish. at hour 4.5, add one can of evaporated milk. cook for another 30min to 1hr. Serve!!Submitted by TRACEYLR1083

Guajillo Ancho Chile

It takes a little more time but this low fat chili made from Mexican whole dried chili pods is delicious. Not a really hot spicy chili but it has a warm finish to it.Submitted by RUNAMUK2

Aniela's Cucumber Salad

1. Slice cucumber thinly
2. Chop dill weed finely
3. Chop chives
4. Place all ingredients into a bowl
