This soup is recommended by norwegian hospitals to patients who need to lose weight quickly ahead of an operation.
Basically the soup is your main food every day for a week and you're allowed to eat as much of it as you like.
also drink lots of water, and thees foods are allowed:
day 1: all fruits except bananas
day 2: all kinds of fruit and vegetables, except bananas and peas.
day 3: all kinds of fruit and vegetables except potatoes
day 4: 7-8 bananas and 5-8 glasses of skim milk
day 5: 6 tomatoes and 200-350g beef
day 6: all the beef you want plus vegetables
