Before dieting I used to make this with Ground beef and full fat everything. Here is my new and improved version. If you are concerned with sodium, you can use reduced sodium versions of the ingredients. You can use 1 lb or 2 lbs of browned ground turkey, I prefer 2 because I like it meaty and it's only about 30 calories more per serving!
