I made this up after reading a Cooking Light recipe for oven fried chicken dipped in a mixture of buttermilk and cajun seasoning, then dredged in panko. You could probably use green curry, too. Also, my directions are for oven fried, but you can also pan fry. I tried the CL recipe first with pork chops, so that could work well here, too, even salmon.Submitted by ANGELAK74
