This is a new spin on a tradition Chinese/Japanese recipe. Instead of ground pork, use beef tenderloin. This recipe isn't spicy, because I made it for my kids. But, it would be easy to add spices without adding calories.

This is just the sauce and the chicken but it can be tossed with rice and veggies for a nice stir fry. This calculation has chicken thigh in it because that's what I had on hand but switched the chicken breast would be a lighter choice.Submitted by MADE4SMILES
