Spicy Chicken with Broccoli and Red Pepper

The original recipe came from Betty Crocker's Sizzling Stir-Fries; however, over the years I've tweaked it quite a bit. Note that 1 cup of dried brown rice is generally more than sufficient for two people. If serving 4 or 6 people, I'd suggest making 2 cups of rice. I've included the rice prep in the recipe, but it's not in the calculated nutrition totals, as your individual preference of rice would throw off the info.Submitted by WAMCVEY
