If you are cooking for someone on a low sodium diet, use this recipe instead of spaghetti seasoning. This recipe is the equivalent to one package of spaghetti seasoning (or 3 tablespoons.) Adjust the strength of any ingredient to your taste. Submitted by NEZPEOPLE
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
1. Precook the noodles for at least 12 minutes
2- Brown hamburger in skillet, add mushrooms and onion
3- Add remaining ingredients including drained noodles and stir completely
4- Cook coverred for 30 minutes and then remove. Cover the top of cassarole with mozzarella cheese and put back in the oven uncovered for 10 minutes
5- Remove and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
Makes a large amount so you can freeze leftovers.
