Yummy comfort food served with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies. Leftovers (if you have any!) are excellent in a sandwich with a little melty cheese and shredded lettuce or crumbled into marinara sauce w/lightly cooked green pepper/onion (or what have you) over pasta or rice.
This is my favorite meal when I want pasta but can't have it. This feels so rich and hearty, but it is low in fat, calories, and carbs; but high in fiber, potassium and deliciousness! P.S.
