from Cooking Light (December, 2008) - this turned out REALLY well. I bought three pieces of tenderloin from the butcher, and had him halve them since they were about 3" thick - so i had 6 smaller steaks (each about 5 oz each, so that's still a lot).
The prep time is a lot only because you need to let the beef marinate for about 2 hours.

I just altered an existing SparkPeople recipe (Beef Stroganoff for the 21st Century) and incorporated some of the suggestions in the comments. I reduced the calories significantly and used some simpler ingredients.Submitted by BFLYLADY5
