This pizza uses a classic combination of Mediterranean flavours which will really seduce the taste buds. Dairy free since I can't have milk and soy cheese is (IMHO) gross! Adapted from Weight Watchers, and an awesome weekend lunch or light dinner.Submitted by JO_JO_BA
Don't go for this one if you're looking for diet food... though it's eggless, it's not the boon of the healthy generator! You've been warned.Submitted by JO_JO_BA

Made from scratch. Original recipe calls for 1 cup. packed brown sugar. I used 1/2 c. packed brown sugar in this recipe. Submitted by FIRMJUNKIE
This flavorful stir fry is quick, easy, toothsome AND vegan. The portions are plenty, and calories few, and because there's no meat, there's no cholesterol! Sub in any veggies you like. I'm usually lazy and buy stir fry mixes from Whole Foods, but you can sub frozen blends, or whatever you have in your fridge. Enjoy!Submitted by SASSETTE00
