This is enough batter to make 12 cups. I am using this for my sons birthday cake which will be 11 by 14 cake pan. I will cut it into 2 by 1.5 peices to serve 45 people. This recipie came from wilton.com I changed the sugar to slenda and used a low cal margarine. Made a small test batch and it came out good. Submitted by KIVALOVESRICKY
I love baking. But, a love that far eclipses the pleasure of baking is my love of the fruits of my baking labour, particularly cakes (especially the eating of them)!
However, being on the calorie conscious side, I wanted to be be able to bake something that I don't have to feel as guilty about eating! Hence, I adapted a normal cupcake recipe, replacing the higher calorie components, namely the butter, milk and sugar with lower calorie and fat versions.
