I love chocolate cake. And when I needed a chocolate fix quick and couldn't find a cake mix, well I found this recipe (at the back of hershey's cocoa) Delicious and moist and chocolatey! The recipe calls for 2 cups of sugar, I used 1 1/4 and thought it was just the right amount of sweetness. Next time I'm subbing applesauce for oil.Submitted by MARIELAMS
