Nutty Fruity Oatmeal

I doubled the package directions on the Red Mill Steel Cut Oatmeal, add the goodies, and voila'! I scoop 1/2 cup servings out and cool in the fridge. When cooled, they are formed into firm mounds - you can easily store them in freezer bags, etc. When hungry, add optional sweetener, a protein, or both, and TADA! EASY BREAKFAST.Submitted by FRENCHPETAL

peachy baked oatmeal

This oatmeal I make a day or two ahead of a hectick time when time is very limited in the kitchen for breakfast. I make this and cover them and stick them in the fridge until I need them. I pull one out while the coffee is brewing and stick it in the microwave for a few minutes until warm and eat while getting myself and my son ready for the day.Submitted by FREE2LIVEFREE
