zip lock omelet

Zip Lock Omelets

1 small zip lock bag
2 eggs mixed with a small amt. of milk (pour into zip lock bag)
Add anything you like in an omelet. I use cheese, peppers, and onions)

Seal bag while letting any air out of bag.

Drop into a kettle of boiling water and time for 12 minutes……Remove bag, open slowly
And put omelet on a plate…..Perfect omelet everytime.

Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

I found this on FANNEtastics food blog. Sounds delicious and tastes even better! She usues frozen blueberries, but I think raisins are just what the recipe needs!
