I've been trying to follow the Gabriel Method and for me, making sure I get live food and omega-3's in every meal has been a challenge. This covers those bases and it's so tasty! I make it in the morning for me, my husband and our preschooler. They all love it.
I buy organic fruits and trim/chop them and freeze them myself. Sometimes you can find organic frozen strawberries, but I personally have had trouble locating them...Trader Joe's always seems to be out. Submitted by WOBBLYMOMMY

Oven Apple Pancake

Beat Eggs, milk, flour until smooth. let batter rest. coat 2 pie pans with butter spray. combine sugar and cinnamon with apples and put in bottom of two pie pans. Pour batter over and bake at 425 for 20 minutes. Submitted by MOTIVATEDMOMMA1
