Vegan Drop Biscuits (EB version)

These drop biscuits are a weekend favorite at our house. They are absolutely delicious and are very quick to prepare.

A variation of the drop biscuit recipe from The Joy of Vegan Baking, these are made with melted Earth Balance margarine and some Whole Wheat Pastry Flour.

My son likes to eat these cut in half with some margarine and maple syrup on top. You can also eat these plain, with jam, or as a veggie sausage breakfast sandwich.Submitted by SAMANTHALAURENS

This is a delicious cold bean salad with healthy Edamame beans ( soy ) and green beans. If you like the taste of a sweet and sour cucumber salad you will like this.
