This recipe was made to be a healthier recipe than it should have. We reduced calories, total fat, cholesteral, and total carbs. We replaced the ground beef with very lean ground beef. We used peas instead of peppers and wheat spaghetti instead of our standard. Our cooking method has changed alittle. We are going to SEAR our meat to try and get as much a flavor out as possible in little time. Take beef our a reserve dripping to SAUTEE the vegtables for 3 minutes. Then add remaining ingrediants EXCPET spaghetti. While cooking vegtable mix, get a pot with warm water and BOIL spaghetti un til tender. When done put spaghetti in mix cook for 2 minutes then serve hot with a garnish of parsly. Portion size is enough for about 7-8 very hungry people. Submitted by GETRIPPED4200

A bit less of a devil's food than your standard, sugar-packed C&C, but still decadent and sweet! Maca powder is an ancient Peruvian energy booster and contains significant amounts of amino acids, carbohydrates, and minerals including calcium, phosphorous, zinc, magnesium, and iron. It's also packed with the vitamins B1, B2, B12, C and E. It's an adaptogen as well - supporting the body's defenses against both physical and mental weakness (including stress!) by aiding adrenal and pituitary gland health. The beans provide creaminess and a ton of blood-sugar controlling fibre, potassium, calcium, iron, folate and vitamins A and C.Submitted by JO_JO_BA
