A healthier pecan pie? Yes! This pie uses Splenda in place of sugar, reduced-sugar Karo syrup, egg substitute and a crust made out of rolled oats. You won't get a jiggly 'jelly' like layer like you do with regular pecan pie, but man, it's good!Submitted by SULABLUE

This recipe was made to be a healthier recipe than it should have. We reduced calories, total fat, cholesteral, and total carbs. We replaced the ground beef with very lean ground beef. We used peas instead of peppers and wheat spaghetti instead of our standard. Our cooking method has changed alittle. We are going to SEAR our meat to try and get as much a flavor out as possible in little time. Take beef our a reserve dripping to SAUTEE the vegtables for 3 minutes. Then add remaining ingrediants EXCPET spaghetti. While cooking vegtable mix, get a pot with warm water and BOIL spaghetti un til tender. When done put spaghetti in mix cook for 2 minutes then serve hot with a garnish of parsly. Portion size is enough for about 7-8 very hungry people. Submitted by GETRIPPED4200

A simple, yet pretty cookie. Nice on a Christmas cookie tray. Not what I'd call a healthy cookie, but it tastes good!Submitted by JOCELYNS
This easy and delicious fudge recipe calls for protein-rich peanut butter and antioxidant-rich raw chocolate powder, making it a decadent treat that is much healthier than conventional store-bought fudge.
Although this fudge is made with all-natural ingredients, it is best to eat only one or two small pieces at a time, as eating honey-rich foods can stress one's blood sugar-regulating mechanisms.Submitted by NETCOOL75
