Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Add two tbsp of granulated sugar to one cup floor. Using pastry knife, cut butter into sugar/flour mixture. Press into a square baking dish (8 in x 8 in) Bake in over for 15 minutes.
Beat eggs lightly, and mix with brown sugar, walnuts and coconut. Spread on top of baked crust. Return to over for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cut into 24 squares while hot.Submitted by GIGISTREULI
