This is a great tasting dip and lowfat as well. To have fun use food coloring because it is
little icky looking.Submitted by LADYDI39
I got this recipe off of 3fatchicks.com and I do not remember who the author was. I apologize. I added the sandwich thin instead of a traditional hamburger bun, to cut even more calories and add some fiber.

What do you do if you have chicken waiting to be grilled but no good fixins' to fix it with ? Make a quick veggie filled lasagna !
Over the weekend I was in a cooking conundrum.. unexpected warm weather was making me want to grill something, but the need/want for some comfort food led me to want something like lasagna.. but wanting to make sure I got the veggy fix in for a "cheat full" weekend of fun food out... this was the compromise that totally hit the spot.
You could totally omit the chicken - however it did give the lasagna a summery taste.. maybe grill the zucchini and the leeks instead ! Submitted by S.INTHEBIGCITY
My take on this recipe on this Month's Food and Wine mag. I substituted Korean sweet and spicy red chili paste for Sri racha. And added more of a few things. Submitted by S.INTHEBIGCITY
An asian twist on an old-fashioned favorite. If you buy the pre-shredded cabbage, this recipe is a cinch to throw together and a crowd favorite! Being that it's mayonnnaise-free, this is a great summer barbeque and hot-weather-friendly side dish!Submitted by COURT623
