This is a VERY old recipe made modern with lowfat milk, and No added sugar canned peaches. I tried to mimick the type of foods available before modern intervention. If you use fresh peaches, add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 tsp salt mix and sprinkle over the peaches. Grandma was not afraid of sugar or butter. I got this recipe off of 3fatchicks.com and I do not remember who the author was. I apologize. I added the sandwich thin instead of a traditional hamburger bun, to cut even more calories and add some fiber.

Over the weekend I was in a cooking conundrum.. unexpected warm weather was making me want to grill something, but the need/want for some comfort food led me to want something like lasagna.. but wanting to make sure I got the veggy fix in for a "cheat full" weekend of fun food out... this was the compromise that totally hit the spot.
You could totally omit the chicken - however it did give the lasagna a summery taste.. maybe grill the zucchini and the leeks instead ! Submitted by S.INTHEBIGCITY
