You will need to make pouches out of Heavy Duty Renyolds Wrap Foil.
Place 2 Tbsp of Country Crock (or any other light butter on the foil).
Cut up potatos into small chucks or slices and place on butter, sprinkle with Garlic Salt and Lawry's Seasoned Pepper.
Close up foil pouch and place on grill.

The main recipe is for the marinade. I am still trying to figure out how to enter these recipes as I cook them, so bear with me! I based this recipe on my father-in-law's totally addictive potato or macaroni salad. I use greek yogurt and cottage cheese to decrease the amount of mayo.you can use regular yogurt, but it gets watery and seperates. also works for tuna salad. the celery salt is the secret ingredient.Submitted by SUCCESSHEL
