Try to find the beans in this recipe! Beans replace the flour in this recipe for a different nutritional kick.
Nice and sour! Uses protein powder, frozen mixed berries, lemon juice, Balkan-style yoghurt, and cane sugar to balance the tartness (you can use honey or another sweetener if you prefer). You can make any changes you'd like, including adding a handful of chocolate chips or using less lemon juice, and you'll still have a great-tasting smoothie. Lots of fibre, protein, and nutrients! I have one after an aerobic workout. Enjoy! :)

Better texture than pumpkin, and you only need three sweet potatoes for two pies!
We have fun adding "mix ins" such as homemade strawberry jam, splenda-sweetened sour cherries from our tree, or choc chips (not included in nutritional analysis)
The serving sizes are HUGE! This banana pudding has 8 grams of protein per serving which makes it a great dessert following a workout.

*These are not necessarily diet friendly. They are a great treat and perfect for holiday parties. This is a fun and easy recipe to make with your kids!*
I decided to take a classic sugar cookie recipe made with olive oil and use whole wheat flour, splenda, and some spices. Everyone in my family loved them!
