I saw this recipe on the Peanut Butter and Co. face box page but changed things up slightly to match what I had in my cabinet. I also added cinnamon because I like cinnamon in everything. Submitted by HEVER79
For Crust, melt butter and add to graham cracker crumbs. Flatten into a pie pan using the back of a spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
For filling mix all ingredients either in a blender or with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy. Pour in cooled pie pan. Bake at 350 Degrees for 30 minutes. DO NOT OPEN OVEN. After 30 minutes, turn off oven and let cake cool in the oven until the oven is cool to touch. Take it out and place on a cooling rack until completely cooled. Chill overnight so that the custard will set properly.
