I'm trying this out now after not being able to eat my favorite treat for a while, which was freezing light nonfat yogurt, especially those chocolate yoplait delights, because they have artificial sweeteners. The proportions of the ingredients seem right, so we'll see!

This is an altered version of Black Bean Brownies and Black Bean Fudge Squares Recipes.
Instead of walnuts and chocolate chips, you could easily use cinnimon, peanut butter, coffee or other flavors.
I kept the serving to a 2"x2" square so they are easier for me to count at 100 cal per serving. These squares are pretty gooey and stick to the pan. I think they are better on the second day, although they fall apart more. I had my husband try these knowing there was a "secret" ingredient. He loved them.
I know I shouldn't, but these cookies are a well deserved treat!
