A nice dessert or side dish with an added dose of protein. I use BioPharmaSci products, but you can use whatever whey protein you enjoy, or eliminate the protein if you're not concerned with your macronutrients.
The toasted wheat germ adds a delightful sweetness and crunch, so think pumpkin chiffon pie without the guilt! This is a great little treat loaded with fiber too (nice net carbs).

Mary Berry recipe with alterations:
-substituted walnuts with half and half walnuts/sunflower seeds
-approx 80ml-90ml sunflower oil instead of 150ml
-less sugar than called for
-wholemeal flour instead of plain
-no frosting, instead small amount of icing drizzled over the top (made with icing sugar and orange juice)
