This is another recipe that I found on another site, added a twist and made it my own healthy quick meal. :) This recipe is so filling, You could actually cut it in half, get half the calories and still be satisfied. A spicy and surprisingly healthy pasta.
Add pepper and red chili pepper flakes to taste.
If you like your pasta less on the dry side, throw in a spoonful or two of the water from the cooking pasta before you drain the noodles. Helps make the dish a bit saucier! Submitted by KLR306
