Rumbamel's version of Thai Noodle Salad with Pork

I found this on SP today and it sounded great. I used pork instead of chicken, no cilantro or ginger. I also used chunky PB. I lowered the soy, upped the chicken broth and because of the kids, lowered the red pepper flakes as well. This was great, just make sure to eat it warm! ***The original recipe called for 1 red bell pepper, but I had 3 multi colored one already cut up so I used what I had.Submitted by RUMBAMEL

Rumbamel's Bay Scallop Bacon Carbanara with Peas

I love pasta and scallops. My 4 year old daughter loves peas. My husband loves bacon, as does my 3 year old son. So, one night I started creating. I had some cream that needed to be used and looked on Sparkrecipes and found something that gave me a start.....the chicken broth and garlic then the recipe just formed. My daughter had seconds! Rumbamel's Sweet Basalmic Soy Salmon

My husband had been bugging be to make fish so I started searching for recipes. I had already pulled out my basalmic vinegar and saw a few recipes with soy and then the idea just started flowing.
