My twist on tuna noodle casserol. You make the sauce seperat and pour over your noodles or rice on each plate. This way the ratio of tuna to noodle is more fair. I always feel like in the casserol you never get any tuna. I serve it over half a cup of couscous for each person. For us it serves about 3.5. Also we use lacataid instead of regular milk as regular milk hurts my tummy.Submitted by MOMMASAURUSREX
