Prep all your ingredients before you start cooking, I used my mini food processor to save time (love this!). This dish is quick, easy, took less than 30 minutes start to finish. When last on vacation at Pass-A-Grille, Florida, our favorite dish was a very refreshing ceviche at the Black Palm restaurant. When we asked, they told us that it contained mangoes and orange juice.
