This recipe comes from my German grandmother. At her home, we eat it as part of a regular meal. However, I love to have it asn afternoon snack with coffee.

Preheat oven to 350*. In a large skillet brown beef and onion. Drain. In Large mixing bowl combine tomato soup, cabbage , rice and salt. Add meat and mix. Pour mix into 9x13 pan. Pour broth over mix and bake (covered) for 1 hr. Stir, replace cover and bake another 30 min.Submitted by JENNISTAR
