This is a low calorie pizza that will fill you up and is quick. Just add a small salad and it is still less than 500 calories. No veggies so kids will love it and it has 56 grams of Protein!!! The recipe is for serving which can be easily duplicated and all put in the oven at the same time. There is heavy meat which can be lessened and you can add tomatoes and any veggies that you like. I am not a big veggie person and am pretty picky so I have to compensate for things to get low cal. I hope all enjoy it!
*** Just thought I would add that the hormel meat also has regular pepperoni so make sure you get the right one and it is found in the lunch meat section (a friend of mine couldn't find it when I gave her this recipe).Submitted by WINDDANCER2010
