Growing up I loved it when I came home and I could smell my mother cooking spaghetti. There was never any Ragu or bottled spaghetti. She made it from a little package of McCormick Sauce mix. When she was raising us kid this was the next best thing to sliced bread, literally. But I loved it.
I have made some changes to make it healthier, I now use the Healthy Harvest spagetti and salt free tomatoe paste. But I still put in a pound of hamburger, if you lower the amount of hamburger the calories go way downSubmitted by SHOSHANA0801
