A great alternative to creamy, spicy vodka sauce made with beans! I like a lot of sauce, so I only got two servings out of this, but if you like less you can easily get four. Can also be thinned out with extra marinara sauce, water, or tomato juice if you like thinner sauce.Submitted by BEE_ELLE

This is my favorite meal when I want pasta but can't have it. This feels so rich and hearty, but it is low in fat, calories, and carbs; but high in fiber, potassium and deliciousness! P.S. It also freezes well when assembled in layers. Feel free to swap the beef with ground chicken, pork, turkey, or even tvp.
