I'll often make this as a quick lunch pasta for my hungry boys. It is highly flexible. Depending on what I have in I'll sometime use olive oil or a blend of butter and olive oil instead of margarine; whatever leftover cooked meat I have in the fridge (or make it without meat);and the veggie is whatever frozen veggie I've got in the freezer that everyone will eat.
