Chewy Granola Bars

stolen from another website!! A very flexible recipe though. Nutrition info is calculated based on two cups of chocolate chips (alot), and full butter. I make mine with 1/2 cup butter and 1/4 c. applesauce, and 1 cup chocolate chips and then assorted dried fruits, flax seed and sunflower seeds.
