this recipe is just the filling. it does not include the toppings. if you use 2 oz. of filling this recipe will fill 16 tacos. (old elpaso says two hard shell tacos = 1 serving. ) if you don't want to make 16 tacos you can certainly cut this recipe in half. Submitted by SMELLYMAMA

This is a slight adaptation to a recipe from KeyIngredient.com (http://www.keyingredient.com/recipes/1215
8060/caramelized-banana-sandwich/). I used Fiber One Whole Wheat bread, which has more fiber, but more calories than other w.w. breads. Instead of grilling the sandwich, I spread the honey/butter mixture onto one side of each piece of bread, then toasted the bread as the bananas were cooking.Submitted by BEFITBEHEALTHY
-Line an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan with plastic wrap.
-Place 9 grahams in single layer on bottom of lined pan.
-Spread frozen yogurt evenly over grahams.
-Cover, freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
-Remove frozen grahams from pan, cut into 9 squares.
-Coat sides of each sandwich with granola.
Individually wrap and store in freezer for up to 2 weeks.
Makes 9 servings.
