I have 4 boys, who always seem to be STARVING. Plus we homeschool all of them. So I make as much food in advance as I can manage. With this mixture, you can make meatballs, meatloaves, min-meat loaves and use them as a main dish, with pasta, on sandwiches or grinders - and the smaller portions defrost quickly! I usually make one full-sized meatloaf, a 5 - 7 dozen meatballs, and a couple dozen mini-meatloaves - we eat the big meatloaf the first night, and I freeze the rest after cooking, to be used later.

I used soymilk for this recipe but regular milk would work just as well. You can vary the types of berries depending on what you have on hand. (If you like a thicker smoothie use less milk or more frozen berries. Add more milk for a thinner smoothie.)Submitted by TAMIKLUCAS
