Avocado Quesadillas Filling

Delicious and adaptable recipe that can be altered in many ways. I use two 15 oz. cans of beans, but you could easily use one. Lower calories by decreasing to one avocado. We usually add pepper jack cheese or chopped jalapenos for more kick. I use a whole grain, low carb tortilla while my family prefers a regular flour tortilla. If you have left overs it is easy to make more quesadillas, or when mixed with greens; it makes a tasty salad. It makes about 8, 1/2 cup servings.
