swedish meatballs

I went to Ikea and saw into one of their recipe books that their meatballs were not done with crumbled bread but potato puree. This makes very tender meatballs.

I adapted the recipe. Everybody will like them. As they are not dry, no need of a heavy gravy to swallow them.Submitted by LOULOU27
