This is especially helpful if you want to eat two servings. ; D Remember, onion and peppers are nearly free calorie-wise so go ahead and double the veggies if you want. Check those labels. This guacamole packs more punch because of the added hidden veggies. You can puree any veggie that you like or add some lowfat plain yogurt for some added kick of added vitamins!
