This is a great dish very tasty! I changed the original recipe because it was a little too spicy, It originally called for 1 1/2 tsp of cumin and 1 tbsp of chili powder. So if you really like the spicy dishes you may wish to keep it that way. Submitted by BUTTERCUP76

Had to use up my salsa before it went bad, so decided to make a relish to jazz up my meats and seafood. I used what was left in my jar (about 1.5 cups) of PC Original Recipe salsa. You want a salsa that's not chunky. This is very spicy once it's done.Submitted by 2RAMONA
