I cooked this in a slowcooker. I'm sure it could be prepared in the same manner and baked. I'd start with the oven at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Checking it at 30 minutes. Also depends on how big the chix breasts are.Submitted by ANDREA963

Great for quick breakfast. Freeze, then microwave for 30 seconds. I put on top of 1/2 slice cheese and 1/2 double fiber whole wheat English muffin for a low calorie, high nutrient breakfast. Might want to reduce the hot cherry peppers if you don't like it hot.Submitted by ROBERTAB3
