I got this receipe from the mayo clinic website. I was looking for heart healthy high fiber foods for people with high blood pressure and colon problems. This is our family's favorite meal. Even the kids love it. Try adding fat free refried beans, serve it on the side or on the fajita. The mayo clinic website calculates the calories at 307, Protein at 34g, Carbs at 32, Cholesterol at 51mg, Sodium at 494mg and Fiber at 11g. The recipe calculater came out a little differently.Submitted by MMORGENSON

Very filling super delicious, and SPICY!! You can tone down the spiciness by substituting plain Diced Tomatoes instead of ones with Green Chilies as I do.
Very easy to make & bake. I usually serve along with brown rice.Submitted by TLB1630
