Basic Flatbread

Flat bread is a traditional Indian food that is remarkably easy to make and tastes great with a wide variety of dishes.

This recipe requires a lot of resting time for the the ingredients to come together properly, so it is best to make the dough a day ahead of when you want to actually cook the bread. From personal experience, I know the dough stays good for at least 3 days, but I've never had any last longer than that.

Active prep time is about 10 minutes for the whole recipe.
Cooking time is about 2 minutes per slice, or 24 minutes for the entire recipe if you cook 1 at a time.Submitted by REDMAIJ

Baja Fish Tacos ( Marriott Hotels)
