traditional French Canadian New year dish. original recipe calls for a whole bbox of bisquick, 5 lbs potatoes, 4lbs beef, 2lbs pork, 1lb turkey, 1/2 lb veal. This one's a bit lighter! Still high in cals, but once a year should be okSubmitted by DMLADKINS
