Rumbamel's version of Thai Noodle Salad with Pork

I found this on SP today and it sounded great. I used pork instead of chicken, no cilantro or ginger. I also used chunky PB. I lowered the soy, upped the chicken broth and because of the kids, lowered the red pepper flakes as well. This was great, just make sure to eat it warm! ***The original recipe called for 1 red bell pepper, but I had 3 multi colored one already cut up so I used what I had.Submitted by RUMBAMEL

Rumbamel's Pampered Chef Everyday Pan (RockCrok) One Pot baked pasta with sausage

I had looked online to find recipes for my new pot and found a lady who had one. I used most of the same ingredients, but used Classico's sauce, changed the cream to evaporated skim milk and used a different noodle. It smelled amazing cooking and the nibble I tasted says dinner is going to be good tonight! Submitted by RUMBAMEL

Rumbamel's Stuffed Green Peppers

This originally had no rice, but I wanted to add some texture and make it more filling, so I added the rice. These are really moist and flavorful! Makes 8. I also used yellow and purple peppers. Try red, too.Submitted by RUMBAMEL

Rumbamel's BBQ Crockpot Pork with Jelly

I'd seen a recipe that tenderized the pork with canned soda in a crockpot and then later added jelly to make a bbq sauce. I couldn't find the recipe later, so just tried my hand at it. Enjoy!Submitted by RUMBAMEL

Rumbamel's Mushroom Chili

I made this chili years before being a Sparker and decided to try it tonight. I used Morning Star Crumbles and extra lean ground beef. I decided to use fresh mushroom for an extra added change as well.Submitted by RUMBAMEL

Rumbamel's Favorite Meatloaf

Next time I make this my 4 year old son asked me to tone it down since I have white pepper and spicy brown mustard in it. It is REALLY good, though! I left out the tomato sauce in another batch and made meatballs. It made about meatballs. If you have 4 meatballs per serving or about 2.26 oz you get 251.3 cal, 19.6 fat, 1.2 carbs, .1 fiber, and 17.1 protein. Submitted by RUMBAMEL
