I have made this for years with several variations of meats, vegetables and sauces. Everyone loves it. I have tried to make it as low calorie as possible and still make everyone happy. I don't really measure any of this, I just use what I have. I've used kidney beans or pinto beans. I use more jalepenos, because we like it very spicy. I would suggest using this recipe as a start, then tasting and adapting until it tastes right to you. Since I don't measure, this may need some adapting.Submitted by HONEYBEEDEBBIE
