Great Sandwich that is fast and easy to make!
Cut one avocado in half. Do not use skin or seeds. Peel out avocado and spread on one slice of bread. Top the avocado with desired amount of lettuce. On other piece of bread, spread Trader Joe's Cilantro Salad Dressing. Put both pieces together...and TA DA! A fast, healthy, delicious sandwich.
If you are not vegan feel free to add:
Pepper Jack Cheese
Replace the vegan bread with wheat bread

this dessert is AMAZING. simple...less than 400 calories (not too low but doesnt make you feel so guilty!!!).
for a more low cal dessert move the cups of pudding to 1, and only use 1 medium banana.
